Fantastic service and trustworthy. I've been going to Perce's for a few years now and I couldn't recommend them any higher. I went there today with a minor steering issue and they worked on it for almost 30 minutes, flushed my power steering fluid and didn't ask for a penny. This is the 2nd time now I've been there for minor issues and had it fixed with no charge. Highly recommended.

About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.

My car was acting up and making all sorts of strange noises. I was treated great right from the start. I was given a free courtesy car and we got right back to our day. The follow up was amazing. I got pictures and a written estimate right on my phone. The repair was right on time and at the exact price that I agreed to to. And, they washed my car befor i got it back.
