People expect them to deliver them but they are only a pickup point and that in itself is SO HELPFUL for me and my family. I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head.
